Michiana Area liberals are having their first meeting of a Move.On.org group, called Operation Democracy.

PLEASE JOIN US !!! Meet like-minded locals who are interested in issues you care about, including ending the war, the environment, ending big corporations' sway over our politicians, bringing health care to all, to name a few. Operation Democracy works towards getting people out to vote, educating people, providing extra strength to MoveOn's priority campaigns, and working through the local media.

Operation Democracy is about taking MoveOn's work BEYOND EMAIL and building that power base?by organizing hard-hitting actions in communities from coast to coast.
