Why: Winning the Presidency and building our majorities in Congress in November won't just happen, these will be hard-fought campaigns. Now is the time for all of us to get involved and make a difference.

Meeting Description: Join us at this important meeting to organize for the critical November 4 elections.

Super Delegate Alicia Wang and others will discuss Super Delegates' special role in the Democratic Party. Alicia is well known throughout the state and nation for her Democratic Party involvement. She's served several terms on the S.F. County Democratic Central Committee and the California State Democratic Committee. In 1992, she became the first Asian-American woman to be elected to the Democratic National Committee from the continental United States. Alicia is Vice-Chair of the California Democratic Party (for Northern California), another first for Asian-American woman.

The meeting includes the annual election by DemocracyAction's members of the officers to lead us to victory in 2008.
