“ I thought the meeting was well organized. The Chairman did a good job of controlling the order of events in the meeting and starting the meeting on time. When the guest speaker was a little late arriving, another speaker stepped up to fill in until he arrived. Both speakers were informative and well able to field any questions. Everyone was given the opportunity to speak if they wished. Reports were given by various members in an orderly manner and information of upcoming events was made very clear. The only problem with the meeting was that there were not quite enough members there to reach a quorum, so no business could be voted on. The meeting ended in a timely manner as well. On the whole, I thought it was a very well-run, effective meeting. ”
