1. Please mark your calendars for the Highlands Ranch July 4th Parade. We need hundreds of Democrats for a historic turnout! Last year we had many more cheers than the Republicans. Let do this again. Please join us! See details lower.
2. Highlands Ranch will organize 4 exciting, wonderful, fun-filled "Meet the Candidates Events". (Westridge, Southridge, Northridge and Eastridge) Thank you so very much to all the PCPs who have worked very hard in organizing their precincts. These gatherings not only have been great, but they have been very fruitful. We will invite all of the Democrats and Unaffiliated voters to join us at these fun events, and will have the opportunity to hear our wonderful Democratic Candidates. I will update you when your Neighborhood Bash date gets closer.

Highlands Ranch 4th of July Parade!!!
Friday July 4th the parade kicks off at 9:00 am (marchers and vehicle drivers will gather a bit earlier). Plan to join your fellow DC Dems in showing off our considerable presence and prove we can outnumber the Republicans! We are looking for not only walkers but also interesting vehicles, floats, bicyclists, anything on wheels, walkers, etc. to join us in showing off the BLUE in red, white, and blue.
feel free to decorate your vehicles, bikes, or wagon/stroller with balloons, signs, etc. Wear VERY comfy shoes, hats, and sunscreen; bring bottled water
We will meet in parking lot just 2 blocks west of the intersection of Broadway and Highlands Ranch Parkway. LOOK for DC Dems sign.

Liberal Ladies of Highlands Ranch's purpose is to network the women of Highlands Ranch (Democrats and all other like-minded women) who can't always make it to the evening HR Dems meetings because of family commitments. While there are more than 10,000 registered Democrats in Highlands Ranch too many Democratic women, especially moms, feel isolated. "I thought I was the only Democrat in Highlands Ranch" is a common comment. We are women who want to effect change for ourselves, our children and our country by promoting progressive values.
