The Seattle Democratic Party June Meeting

Hi all,

This next meeting is an Event meeting. Why? Because I now have a copy of "Uncounted - The New Math of American Elections." We all know of Beth Harris and the Black Box Effort against Diebold. What happened in Ohio and Florida were not isolated. Even when Diebold was challenged, it won and the whistleblower was fired in Nevada. Everything we care about is at risk. If 24 lines of code can easily manipulate the vote, then nothing is safe.

I will bring in a DVD Player and a 15" LCD Monitor. The DVD is 80 minutes - then if you want, we can decide what issues are important to you, us - we who care about this Election year. They are talking about it. I know it looks very good for the Democrats this year. Still remember how close the Governor's race was 4 years ago.

Think about it this way. When the all mail voting goes into effect in 2009, people who cannot or don't mail in their ballot can go to Regional Voting Centers. Diebold makes the Voting Machines. These are the exact same Voting Machines California decertified when they discovered that the counts could be changed undetected.

There is more to this here in Washington, so I hope you can mark out the time and attend this meeting. Invite friends, neighbors. This crosses party lines - even Republicans should look at this.

Lastly I have scheduled this in late June to give people plenty of notice. I can change the time. I could even do 2 showings allowing more of us to see it. I think it's that important. Get in touch with me. Let me know what you want to do. So Far we have had 2 Meetings with people not attending or getting misdirected by the Barista. I will take further steps so you know where to go once inside the doors.
