In case you haven't already figured it out based on the barrage of campaign ads and signage, TODAY 07-NOV-06 is ELECTION DAY.

Your vote is extremely important -- please get out and vote.

Polls are open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm; as long as you are in line by 8:00 pm you are entitled to vote.

Under federal election law:

- If you have problems, you are still entitled to cast a provisional ballot;

- If you are in line before the poll's closing time, you are entitled to vote;

- You are entitled to view a sample ballot at the polling place before voting.
