My name is Mark Baker. I am a native of the Cape Girardeau/Jackson area. I worked at AmerenUE in Cape for 13 years, the last 11 as a Lineman. I am currently the Business Rep. for IBEW Local 702 and President of the Central Labor and Trades Council
