We are the Marin County, California group of GO-08.org. GO-08.org is the original nationwide grassroots movement dedicated to the Democratic Dream Team of former Vice President Al Gore and Illinois Senator Barack Obama for the 2008 Presidential Election. The national organization's PAC name is "The Dream Team" (FEC nonconnected committee # C00434357). The Marin County meetup is our founding Meetup.

Al Gore and Barack Obama not only represent the best values, integrity, and vision of the American people, they are the key to sweeping nationwide Democratic victories in 2008. Our goal is to enable these leaders to join forces as early as possible by generating the discussion, outreach through grassroots tabling, and helping identify supporters and volunteers.
